ENTRY REGULATIONS People who have been tested, vaccinated or recovered are allowed to enter Austria without quarantine (with the exception of those arriving from high-risk countries with a high incidence) YOUR ARRIVAL & OUR COVID-19 RULES Check-in is from 03.00 pm. You can only check-in with us with a valid negative test result: • A PCR-Test (not older than 72 hours) • An Antigentest (not older than 48 hours) However, the following exceptions apply: • You have already contracted COVID-19 and have a valid recovery notice or an antibody record • You have already been vaccinated o From the 22nd day after the first vaccination, this is valid for 3 months o After your second vacciation this is valid for 9 months in total (from first vaccination) We assume that you are currently healthy when you arrive at the hotel. The validity of the above documents will be checked at the reception. If you do not have a test result with you, we will test you at our test station on site. Once your test result has expired (after 48 or 72 hours), you will need to do another test. At the Check In you will receive a test pass and further information about our test station, which is located directly in the house. The tests are free of charge. GENERAL In all general areas (corridors, hotel lobby, lifts etc) a distance of 1 meter should be kept from other guests. You may only share the elevators with your travelling party. Please note our floor markings and separations. Disinfectant dispensers and disinfectants are available for free use throughout the hotel and your room. In addition, we recommend thorough hand washing several times a day. We kindly request that you pay with contactless payment wherever possible. The health of our guests and our employees is our primary concern. Our employees in all departments are extensively trained in hygiene and are also continuously tested.
